General terms and conditions are generic by definition. They form the basis for every proposal Quo Vide makes. As the basis for our terms and conditions we use the Nederland ICT Terms: a set of ground rules that helps to allocate risks and responsibilities.

Data processing agreement
Alongside our terms and conditions and a proposal, a data processing agreement is concluded for every project or service, covering the processing of personal data. The data processing agreement is added to the contract as an extra appendix. It is drawn up specifically for the purpose of the project or service.
