From first idea to full-fledged platform: these are the steps a project with us goes through.
We go exploring: how do we best answer your digitalisation question? What needs to be built? How exactly will it work? This is a collaborative process where we try to surface every detail that will make the rest of our work easier. Where we start depends on how sharply the current problem is already defined.
In a series of design sprints we map out how your platform, app or ecosystem should work and what look and feel fits it. We develop an employee journey, UX design and visual concepts, and, more importantly, we test our assumptions at every step. Testing a prototype, a reality check with end users, or a technical proof of concept to confirm an idea's feasibility, all matter for a project that runs smoothly.
Once a concept has been worked out and proven, we turn it into a working app, platform or ecosystem. We do this in short sprints, so you see a new version every few weeks and can steer where needed. We build modular and scalable, with solid code that works today and can grow with your organisation tomorrow. That way there are no surprises left for launch, other than how well it works.
Our testers get to work making sure your platform is watertight, by trying to break it. We figuratively throw your platform down the stairs and see what's left standing. Any holes we find, we patch carefully. That way we catch mistakes before your employees ever run into them.
Version 1.0 of your new work environment is ready! We hand it over and set it up for you. Training? Not needed. Our platforms are user-friendly and explain themselves.
